                TOMATO SOUP - VEGETARIN


   7 fully ripe tomatoes,  cut in half

   800 ml water

   1 teaspoon salt

   1 teaspoon ground black pepper

 

    First  keep the halved tomatoes in a large saucepan. Add      the water and cover the saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Boil for 15 minutes.

 

Then  Reduce the heat to medium. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.

 

 Turn off the heat and let it cool for 12 minutes.

 Next place a large sieve over a large bowl, Pour the boiled tomatoes in to the sieve. Squeeze the tomatoes using a back of a spoon to get the juice. remove the skin. 

 

Add salt and black pepper and mix, 

 now you can enjoy your tasty soup,
