  How to cook Tasty Easy To Cook Nutritious Food For Breakfast Lunch Dinner _ Recipe






       FISH PICLE. SOUTH AFRRICAN RECIPE


   1 kg any firm-fleshed white fish

 

   2 large onions, sliced

 

   375 ml vinegar

 

   60 ml water

 

   2 tsp  salt

 

  60 g sugar

 

  20 g curry powder

 

  8 g turmeric

 

  1.5 g  pepper

 

  1 piece root ginger, crushed 10 coriander seeds

 

  3 lemons or bay leaves

 

 clean and fillet the fish and cut it into pieces. Mix all

 the other ingredients in a deep saucepan and let them 

 simmer for20 minutes. put the fish and simmer for a 

 further 20minutes,  do  not to break the fish.  

              

   Use   a slotted spoon and layer into a glass dish. Pour 

 the curry sauce over. Leave to cool, then cover tightly and 

put in the refrigerator for three days before you use it,

  Now you can enjoy delicious pickled fish with your family and friends.
