TURNIP (SMASHED)
6 small turnips 750g.
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

teaspoon ground turmeric

½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup (65 ml) water

tablespoon unsalted butter or vegan buttery spread
