Yummy Slow Cooked Potatoes

 


1 kg  of potatoes, peel and cut into cubes r 1/2 tsp cumin

          1/2 tsp chili powder

      1/2 tsp cumin

1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

 

1 tsp Gram masala

 

1 tsp ground ginger

 

1 tsp mustard seeds

 

5 tomatoes, chopped

 

1/4 tsp red chili flakes 1 tsp vegetable oil 1 tsp salt

 

 

 

First  mix together chili flakes, chili powder, cumin, turmeric,  masala, and ginger in bowl.

Heat oil in the pan over medium heat.

Then add mustard seeds into the pan and stir until they start to pop then add onion and sauté until lightly brown. Add mixed spices and stir for a minute.

Add tomatoes and salt and stir for a minute.

Place potatoes in the slow cooker then pour pan mixture over the potatoes.

Cover and cook .Better on low heat for about 6 hours. then Stir well before you serve. now enjoy.
