Pea Chickpea Vegetable Curry

1 cup can chickpeas,

drained 1 cup green peas

 

 

1 tsp of red pepper flakes

 

1 tsp of ground coriander

 

1 tsp of ginger powder

 

2 tbsp of curry powder

 

15 oz can coconut milk

 

2 cups vegetable broth

 

2 medium onion, diced

 

3/4 cup carrot, diced

 

1 1/2 cups potatoes, chopped

2 tsp sea salt

 

 

 

First add all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well. Then   Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

 

 After that stir well and enjoy.
